Lifeguard- Hydrotherapy Pool

(Aligned to the Care Assistant (Disability Services) pay scale)

Physical Activity & Sports Department

Full Time Position – 39 hour working week

We are looking for a fully qualified lifeguard to work in the Hydrotherapy Pool in Montenotte on a full-time basis.

The applicant should:

• Have a third level qualification at minimum QQI 5 level
• Have a valid pool lifeguard qualification
• Be flexible in relation to working evening and weekend shifts.
• Be enthusiastic, dedicated and attentive to pool safety protocols

Desirable Criteria:

• Pool Plant Operators Certificate
• Experience of working with people with an Intellectual Disability and/or Autism
