Leisure Club Manager

Our hotel, part of The iNUA Collection is now looking for a motivated and results-oriented Leisure Club Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art leisure centre. As part of our award-winning hospitality group, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable and healthy stay.

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for all aspects of the leisure centre, focusing on guest satisfaction, team members development, and financial performance.

Your duties will include:

• Leading and motivating your team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Overseeing the smooth operation of all leisure facilities, including the gym, swimming pool, and any fitness studios.
• Developing and implementing engaging fitness programs and activities to cater to a diverse range of guests.
• Ensuring the leisure centre meets the highest standards of health, safety, and cleanliness.
• Managing the leisure centre budget and maximising revenue streams through memberships, spa services, and personal training.
• Implementing and maintaining effective marketing strategies to promote the leisure centre's offerings to hotel guests and the local community.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the guest experience and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Liaising with other hotel departments to create a seamless and integrated guest experience.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leisure centre management.
• Proven track record of success in leading and motivating a team.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the leisure industry.
• Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
• Previous experience managing pool plant.
• Lifeguard certified.
• Experience in developing and implementing fitness programs is a plus.
• A passion for the leisure industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
