We are seeking a highly organised, detail driven candidate to join our Legal & Compliance Department on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. The Administrator for Legal, Compliance & Risk will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, maintaining databases, logging claims and working with the team in L&C and all departments. The ideal candidate will have an interest in working within a fast moving and dynamic business.

What you'll do

  • Logging and investigating all incidents for stores and warehouses in both IE and NI
  • Supporting the Legal/Governance, Risk & Compliance team in the completion of Subject
  • Access requests, including redacting of third party information under guidance, copying and redacting CCTV footage, etc.
  • Responsible for setting up new claims and maintaining the Claims Management System
  • Filing of confidential and legal documents
  • Carrying out business partner checks
  • Providing support to claims handlers and assisting with data protection, compliance and legal requirement
  • Administration of contract database, uploading contracts, compiling reports or upcoming deadlines and liaising with the relevant departments, administration user, etc.
  • Maintaining a well organised and structured archive for files and other documents

What you'll need

  • Motivated, organised self-starter with positive and proactive 'can do' attitude
  • A keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn and understand new systems
  • Ability to work efficiently and methodically to effectively manage and administer very large workloads to hit deadlines
  • Approachable with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • High respect for confidentiality
