The role of a Learning and Development, Quality and Advocacy Manager

The post holder will be primarily responsible for the management of the Learning and Development, Quality and Advocacy Department of the South East Services and will work in collaboration with other teams and groups within and external to the Services to ensure that the day to day operations of the Service reflect the ethos and vision of the Brothers of Charity Services and that the needs of the individuals supported by the services are met by all staff that support them.
