Job Purpose
To maintain building fabric across clients' portfolios & lead the Multi Skilled Technical Team.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintenance building fabric
- Maintain on-site facilities filing system
- To deliver agreed levels of Customer Service
- Managing sub-contractors working on-site
- Manage and respond to work requests
- Use of technology to conduct / record works
- Conduct scheduled inspections
- Dealing with client’s staff
- Sustainability & Energy Efficiency
Special Job Characteristics, Skills and Activities
- Qualified Tradesman
- IT Literate
- Good communicator, able to interact with people
- Self-motivated
- Efficient organiser – able to multitask
- Enthusiastic
Technical/Specialist Skills/Experience Requirements
- Essential 3 years experience in similar role and keenness to learn new skills
- Ideal experience in a similar role in a similar environment.
Working Pattern
Monday to Friday, 7 am to 6 pm.
