Job Purpose

To maintain building fabric across clients' portfolios & lead the Multi Skilled Technical Team. 

Key Accountabilities

• Maintenance building fabric
• Maintain on-site facilities filing system
• To deliver agreed levels of Customer Service
• Managing sub-contractors working on-site
• Manage and respond to work requests
• Use of technology to conduct / record works
• Conduct scheduled inspections
• Dealing with client’s staff 
• Sustainability & Energy Efficiency

• Enthusiastic 

Technical/Specialist Skills/Experience Requirements

• Essential 3 years experience in similar role and keenness to learn new skills 
• Ideal experience in a similar role in a similar environment.

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday, 7 am to 6 pm.
