Location: Craigavon/Dundalk (depending on location of the successful candidate)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible working & WFH options available T&C’s apply)

The Role

This role is known internally as ‘Lead Investigator (Logistics), the role will involve the collation, interpretation and analysis of large datasets resulting in the identification of process improvements through clear and concise narrative reporting.

The ideal candidate would be analytically driven with an inclination for problem solving allowing for methodical decision making when presenting appropriate solutions to the wider team. Due to the high volume of data analysis an intermediate level skill set in Excel would be of advantage.

Working as part of the Logistics team based in our Craigavon or Dundalk facility, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Quality Events (QEs) and resultant Corrective Actions and Preventative Actions (CAPAs) are initiated, investigated and closed out in a timely fashion to prevent the re-occurrence of incidents and ensure customer satisfaction. The investigation process will involve impact assessment and evaluation of risk.

Key Requirements

· Have eligibility to work in the UK/IE OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK/IE

· Degree level qualification (or equivalent)

OR

· Significant relevant work experience within a regulated environment (will be considered in lieu of degree)

· Experience in the analysis of data within Excel (or related software)

· Experience in production and presentation reports.

Working Pattern

You will work 37.5 hours per week between Monday – Friday, flexible working and hybrid working options available (terms & conditions apply).
