What You'll Do
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be at the
heart of our sales team, helping connect businesses with the training solutions they need. This role is perfect for a driven, ambitious, and people-oriented individual looking to build a career in sales!
Your Day-to-Day: Find & Research: Use online tools, databases, and social media to identify potential clients Engage & Connect: Reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce our services
Qualify Leads: Determine interest levels and pass on high-quality prospects to the sales team
Manage Data: Keep our CRM updated with key customer interactions
Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop winning strategies
Grow & Improve: Analyse results and continuously improve your approach
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need years of experience – just the right attitude and a hunger to learn!Ideal Skills &
Traits:
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills – you enjoy talking to people!
✔ Interest in sales & business development – no experience? No problem! We provide training
✔ Comfortable using digital tools for research
(LinkedIn, CRM, databases)
✔ Organised & proactive – you can prioritise tasks effectively
✔ A team player who can also work independently
✔ Confidence in handling objections & turning “no” into “let’s talk!”
- Bonus (but not essential!):
- Experience in lead generation, sales, or business development
- Familiarity with CRM systems (we’ll train you!)
- Knowledge of training and development services
