Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Project Coordinator to support our Landscapes Operations teams. This is a pivotal role within the Landscapes department in contributing to our project success with a particular focus on both soft and hard landscaping projects. Balanced time between our office and field based works required.

Position: Landscapes Coordinator
This job description outlines some of the duties and responsibilities that are associated with your role but it is by no means an exhaustive list and may be amended as the management of the company directs.
Package:Salary: €32 – €35K (DOE)

- Working Hours: 08.30am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)

- Assist in the estimation and proposal preparation for soft and hard landscape projects.
- Assist our operations managers in the planning and managing of projects, engage with our QS team in handover of projects.
- Take-off of drawings for material orders.
- Procurement of materials, managing deliveries and coordination with site teams.
- Management of change orders during the execution of project
- Preparation of monthly accounts, including on site measures of completed works.
- Learn and assist with project assessment tools like Bluebeam.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Numerical acumen, with proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to understand and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage procurement processes.
- Process management skills.
- Excellent team communication abilities.
- Ambition to progress within the company.
- Experience in similar roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Attitude and Ambition: A positive outlook and the drive to progress within the landscaping industry.
- Numerical Skill: Proficiency in managing and analysing data with accuracy.
- Organizational Ability: Exceptional skills in managing tasks and information efficiently.
