SALARY: PO4, NJC Spinal Column Points 37 - 40, £46,731 - £49,764 (plus 19% employer pension contribution)

The postholder will be responsible for taking a lead role in the development and implementation of the Northern Ireland wide Landlord Registration Scheme.To be responsible for the planning, co-ordination and management of employees within the Landlord Registration Scheme team to ensure the provision of a high standard of customer care promoting the service effectively and communicating in a way which enhances and promotes the public image and overall reputation of the Council
