Role Overview:

As a Sales Assistant/Key Holder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. You will assist customers, maintain store standards, and take on additional responsibilities, such as opening and closing the store and handling cash management.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

As a Key Holder, you will:

  • Support the management team in daily store operations and ensure smooth store opening and closing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure an excellent shopping experience for every customer.
  • Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store by following visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Help drive sales performance by achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in the cash handling process.
  • Manage stock levels and organization, ensuring the store is always well-presented.
  • Follow company procedures and policies to maintain a safe and productive working environment.
  • Act as a role model for other team members and assist in training new staff.
  • Be available to open and close the store, cash up and send nightly reports.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience in fashion retail is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to overall store success.
  • A keen interest in fashion and staying updated with current trends.
  • Reliability and the ability to handle key holder responsibilities, including store opening and closing.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn and grow within the retail environment.
