Role Overview:
The Junior Marketing Executive will support the retail marketing team by gathering data, developing creative ideas, and maintaining communication with our retail stores. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Executive, this role is ideal for a proactive individual who is eager to grow their skills in retail marketing while contributing to campaigns that drive footfall and boost sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Support & Idea Generation
- Assist in the development and execution of retail marketing campaigns, including outdoor and in-store POS activities.
- Brainstorm innovative ideas and concepts that support efforts to drive customer engagement and increase footfall.
- Help develop creative content and promotional materials under the guidance of senior team members.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and report on campaign performance data (e.g., footfall figures, customer feedback, and conversion rates).
- Provide actionable insights to the Senior Marketing Executive to help refine future campaigns.
- Support the team in measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to in-store marketing initiatives.
Store Communication & Field Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for retail stores, ensuring consistent communication of campaign details and brand messaging.
- Regularly travel to stores to gather feedback, assist with the implementation of marketing activities, and ensure campaigns are executed according to guidelines.
- Collaborate with store managers to understand local market dynamics and share best practices.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., digital, creative, and PR) to align retail marketing efforts with overall brand strategy.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements and innovative approaches.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to further develop marketing skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing or retail-related role is preferred, but candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow will be considered.
