What you’ll gain

The role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work in a modern IT Infrastructure delivering IT Services to the company’s 250 employees. It’s a chance to work with a great team and gain valuable experience with Microsoft Azure, M365, Active Directory, SQL Server, Sentinel, Intune, Darktrace, Symantec, Cisco Meraki, VEEAM, VMware, Manage Engine and our ecommerce platform Magento.

What you’ll do

  • Provide triage support for our employees on our IT Service Catalogue. Track and document all queries and resolutions via the IT Incident Management System.
  • Work as part of our IT Project Team (PRINCE2), contributing to SaaS migration projects for Microsoft applications and services and our Epicor ERP system.
  • Work with our security toolset on prevention measures utilizing our SIEM (Microsoft Sentinel), Darktrace, Symantec, ManageEngine, Edgescan, Cisco Meraki and Umbrella to help maintain the security of IT services.
  • Work on developing our company websites, contributing to the growth of our ecommerce offering.
  • Contribute to overall team performance, including support and assistance of other team members.

How you’ll work

  • Full Time Monday to Friday 7.30AM-4PM.
  • Onsite - Block 2 Ashbourne Hall, Ashbourne Business Park, Dock Road, Limerick, V94 NFX2.

What you’ll need

  • Excellent customer service skills. Customer orientated with a can-do approach.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related field.
  • Full driver’s license, enabling occasional onsite support across our locations.
  • Advanced knowledge of PC hardware and client operating systems.
  • Knowledge or experience in any of the following would be considered an advantage structured data cabling, Azure, Active Directory, AWS, VMware, VEEAM, Exchange, SQL Server, Manage Engine, Darktrace, Symantec, Intune.
