IT Analyst

The Clear Group are looking for an IT Support Analyst based in Belfast, Northern Ireland to support the Clear Group of companies across the UK (United Kingdom) and the Isle of Man across our range of Pharmacies, Dental Surgeries and Day Care Nurseries. You will be the first line contact for IT Support Issues so excellent troubleshooting skills and a drive to provide the best customer service is essential.

Duties Include

• Helping ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure across the Clear Group of companies
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues across the group as the first point of contact
• Providing in-person and remote support to pharmacies, nurseries and dental surgeries within the group
• Troubleshooting networking and firewall issues across the group
• Documenting, tracking and monitoring issues to ensure timely resolution
• Working with 3rd party providers
• Helping ensure data and network security and access
• Implementing new IT policies and guidelines

Essential Criteria

• 9 months experience in IT Support Role
• Excellent knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating System
• Good knowledge of Windows Server O/S and networking
• Excellent customer service skills
• An ability to self-learn and find creative solutions to problems
• Full Driving Licence and Access to own car

Desirable Criteria

• A computing qualification or related experience would be of benefit
• Experience in Active Directory, Cloud Services, Telephony
