Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced International Student Recruitment & Business Development Executive to drive growth in our international student enrolments and expand our global agent network.

The successful candidate will have a well-developed network of trusted partners as well as a strong track record in 360-degree recruitment, with a focus on Non-EU students, Mini Stay Groups, Junior Programmes, and direct sales/student recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

International Student Recruitment:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract international students from key markets, with particular emphasis on developing our EU business footprint.
  • Identify and establish relationships with international agents, schools, universities, and partners to increase student recruitment.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial inquiry to enrolment, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students.

Business Development:

  • Expand the school's network of partners and agents globally to generate new business opportunities. This will involve travel to relevant events where appropriate (ICEF, ALPHE, Market Visits)
  • Identify and pursue new markets and channels for student recruitment, including direct sales, online platforms, and education fairs.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to promote the school's programmes and increase market reach.
  • Create targeted marketing and sales strategies to promote Junior Programmes, Mini Stay Groups, and language courses.

Programme Management:

  • Collaborate with the academic team to ensure that all programmes (Junior, Mini Stay, and Adult Courses) meet the needs and expectations of international students.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of Mini Stay and Junior Programmes, including coordination with local service providers.
  • Provide support and guidance to prospective students and partners on visa processes, accommodation, and other aspects of student life in Dublin.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Drive direct sales of programmes through various channels, including education fairs, online campaigns, and direct outreach.
  • In co-ordination with our marketing team develop promotional materials, presentations, and content for online and offline marketing campaigns targeting prospective students and partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Key Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international student recruitment, business development, or a related role, with a strong focus on European markets.
  • Proven track record of 360-degree recruitment, including lead generation, conversion, and follow-up.
  • Experience working with Mini Stay Groups, Junior Programmes, and other international student programmes.
  • Experience in direct sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Deep knowledge of the education sector, particularly English Language Training, in Ireland and knowledge of international student mobility, market preferences & potential visa requirements.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with international partners.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify new business opportunities and address challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a distinct advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for recruitment fairs, events, and partner meetings.
