Human Resources Administrator

Job Description:

Responsibilities and tasks of the role includes but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the Operations and HR departments with the co-ordination of all support service functions within the organisation which includes providing general office administration duties (includes building reports and sending communications).
  • Maintaining internal company databases (Dropbox , Manatal (CRM system) and other relevant systems)
  • HR administration, particularising internal contracts, forms, letters from templates for new employees or revising contracts across relevant jurisdictions
  • Responsible for the administration of employees onboarding / offboarding etc.
  • Maintain global trackers as required for HR and Operations.
  • Supporting visas work permits across relevant jurisdictions
  • Leading HR communications and queries from employees across relevant jurisdictions
  • 10% of time to be allocated supporting ad-hoc duties for other departments

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 2+ years relevant experience.
  • Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Independent and takes own initiative
  • Must have the relevant work authorisation to be able to work in Ireland
  • A structured and organised person
