About the role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our team on a part-time (3 days per week) basis. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to support key HR and recruitment processes, working closely with both teams to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate the induction process for new hires and ensure smooth offboarding for leavers
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Prepare payroll inputs and support benefits administration
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR policies and procedures align with Irish employment legislation and company values
- HR Reporting and Data Analytics: Generate reports on HR metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, Probation, and Work Visa renewal
- General HR Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team and support ad hoc projects as required.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Supporting TA with sourcing of candidates for open roles
Education and Experience:
- A third level qualification in HR or a relevant discipline is desirable
- 3+ years’ experience in similar role
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Previous experience in an HR and/or Talent Acquisition administrative role.
- Strong organizational and excellence in attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS/ATS systems. (experience with Workday and iCIMS is a plus!)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is desirable.
