Position Overview:

Our HR Shared Services team plays a crucial role in supporting our workforce by delivering efficient and effective HR services. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Shared Services Intern to join our team and gain valuable experience in various aspects of HR operations.

As an HR Shared Services Intern, you will assist the HR Shared Services team in managing and improving HR processes and systems. This role offers a great opportunity to learn about HR operations, employee relations, and data management while contributing to initiatives that support our company’s HR objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
• Help maintain and update HR systems and databases with accurate employee information.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and data analysis for management.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR operations and shared services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Previous experience or coursework in HR is a plus but not required.
