HR Generalist
TTM are currently recruiting for HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team in our HQ in Ennis, Co. Clare fo a fixed term period of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to day-operational HR activity
- Lead the investigation of grievances, disciplinary and other formal procedures ensuring accurate and timely resolution and documentation of concerns and issues.
- Support the People & Culture Team in employee litigation and case management
- Work closely with the management team across all levels of the business to support to deliver internal HR communications and drive HR initiatives
- Deliver and organise training activities across the business, including induction
- Collate and report on HR data of relevance
- Ensure the relevant HR database/files are up to date, accurate and complies with GDPR
- Manage the full employee life cycle
- Lead HR projects and support management on company-wide activities
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, ensuring consistent practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within HR and across departments.
The Ideal Candidate
• At least 3-5 year’s experience in Human Resources
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Experience working with HR systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven
• Solid computer skills across MS including Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
