HR/Customer Service Administrator
Elis deliver a complete textile rental and laundry service to all types of activities. We offer everything from clothing to chef ware, cloths, entrance mats, mops, bed and bath linen and hygiene equipment to public toilets. Across our four business lines – Hospitality, Healthcare, Workwear and Facility – we work with thousands of organisations all over Europe that make our lives possible.
We are currently recruiting for a HR/Customer Service Administrator for our site in Millfield, Blackpool Cork.
Main Duties will include:
- Administering all HR-related documentation.
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Lead the recruitment process for the site
- Complete onboarding for all new employees
- Performance management. Support the middle managers in conducted these meeting.
- Probation: Ensure 3- and 6-month probation reviews are completed
- Handle inbound calls from customers
- Complaint handling and follow up
- Relationship management – build up trust and loyalty within portfolio of customers.
- General administrative duties
Previous HR experience desirable
Strong IT skills especially in Word and Excel desirable
Days: Monday to Friday on site
