HR Business Partner

In conjunction with the Head of People and Culture the HR Business Partner will align human resources practices with the College’s goals, objectives and key priorities, ensuring the College vision, mission and values are embedded throughout the organisation. The HR Business Partner will work closely with academic and support departments to provide HR guidance, support and advice and will work with relevant line managers to ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR services to enhance staff performance, organisational culture and student outcomes. The postholder will be based at either the Erne or Dungannon campus.
