Job Description & Summary

You’ll focus on helping the local offices in driving the firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our firm-wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm-wide success in the marketplace.Our Human Resources teams support initiatives and programmes including, customer support, business operations, data and analytics, technology systems, recruitment services and on-boarding, workforce mobility, contingent workforce, and people and programmes support.The HR Administrator will work as part of a centralised first level support team providing effective and efficient HR administrative support to the business. The team, currently made up of 12 people, are responsible for all administration tasks relating to Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits, with support on Recruitment and Student Services when required. The team uses Workday, our Human Capital system, and are continuously looking at ways to work differently and more efficiently leveraging Digital tools where possible.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Purpose-led work you’ll be part of;

As a HR Administrator, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The role is dynamic, projects and tasks assigned to you will vary throughout the year. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver top-class customer service on HR queries that are managed through a centralised mailbox, ticket management system (ServiceNow), in-person or via phone 

  • Ensure the quality of HRConnect outputs is the highest standards at all times

  • Maintain and update data to ensure accurate HR records (Workday), documentation, reporting and compliance 

  • Manage the offboarding process, including processing leaving details 

  • Partner with HR Managers and other key stakeholders within the business to resolve HR matters and queries

  • Support the management of the monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Ensure accurate records are kept in line with Data Protection and audit requirements

  • Review current processes, identify efficiencies and drive digital transformation

Experience and skills

  • Degree/Diploma in Business or equivalent desirable but not essential

  • 1+ years proven experience in a HR administration role desirable

  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office essential

  • Experience with Workday and G Suite desirable

  • HR Administrator looking to broaden your experience

  • Exceptional data quality, organisational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail, solution oriented with strong problem solving skills

  • Adaptable, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and work effectively under pressure

  • Enjoy working in a team with a collaborative and positive attitude
