Job Description

As a result of our continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our team in Carrick-on-Shannon.

  • Maintain employee records by ensuring all compliance documentation is on file.
  • Create and distribute new employment contracts.
  • Produce accurate and timely documents such as reference, mortgage and rent support documents etc., in line with company processes and policies.
  • Actively encourage all employee to use all document and guidance from HR TMS.
  • Co-ordinate and manage the long service awards process
  • Manage the communication of sickness documents for all monthly paid employees. 
  • Provide support to Performance Development Process (PDRs) and guidance in the use of the system
  • Maintain and create induction packs for new employees.
  • Assist with pay review letters.
  • Provide administrational support to your HR colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing professional networks.
  • Complete ad-hoc duties that supports both the function and the business
Qualifications
  • Relevant HR or related qualification is desirable.
  • Previous experience in a HR/Administration role.
  • Interest in developing your career within HR or related discipline.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
