About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our HR team. The role will best suit someone nearing the beginning of their HR career OR someone trying to get into HR.

The HR Administrator role sits in our HR Direct team in which we manage HR queries, document management, employee moves and changes, benefits management, and absence management. The successful candidate will work across these teams gaining experience on a number of core HR activities.

Our team’s goal is to ensure AIB’s employees can do “HR stuff” as effortlessly and efficiently as possible. We want to make sure they spend as little time on HR admin as possible, so that they can dedicate all their time supporting our customers. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Dealing with day-to-day ad hoc HR queries.
  • Working with the team to ensure sure that all our internal processes run properly & to reflect these changes on our system.
  • Advise employees on how to do certain activities relating to them or their teams.
  • Collaborate with your direct team, and all teams within HR to provide the best service possible.
  • Actively look for, and drive, opportunities to improve our processes, always putting yourself in our employees shoes. We encourage you to be curious and challenge the status quo!

What you will bring:

  • Excellent customer service experience is essential.
  • An interest in Human Resources.
  • Some office/admin experience is a bonus as is previous Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience however this not essential.
  • Evidence of being a team player, with strong interpersonal skills.
