Hotel Receptionist & Reservation Agent

We are currently looking for a talented Receptionist to join our growing team.

As a Hotel Receptionist & Reservation Agent you will be responsible for taking calls, confirming reservations and processing bookings to the standards required, checking in and out guests. Dealing with a guest requests in a timely manner.

You should be capable of working on your own initiative, be able to work within a team and be passionate about delivering exceptional service to our guests. Experience in front office systems e.g Hotsoft is an advantage.

This position is full time with flexible working hours including weekends.
