About the role

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meeting & greeting clients/customers in a warm, friendly manner.
  • Ensuring a high standard of personal presentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A good telephone manner.
  • Customer service skills, patience and tact.
  • Taking Reservations by phone, email
  • Communicating with customers via facebook and pubble
  • Preparing Bills and dealing with payments for guests and accounts, Dealing with Sales Ledger accounts
  • Provide information, answering queries that guests may have either through knowledge or online
  • Listening to complaints and following procedure
  • Make sure that any necessary information goes to the housekeeping, restaurant, maintenance, and management departments regarding guest needs

What you will need

Required criteria

  • Right to work in Ireland
  • Excellent Command of English Language
  • Customer service experience
  • Working Knowledge of Computers, to include Microsoft Suite
