About the role
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Meeting & greeting clients/customers in a warm, friendly manner.
- Ensuring a high standard of personal presentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A good telephone manner.
- Customer service skills, patience and tact.
- Taking Reservations by phone, email
- Communicating with customers via facebook and pubble
- Preparing Bills and dealing with payments for guests and accounts, Dealing with Sales Ledger accounts
- Provide information, answering queries that guests may have either through knowledge or online
- Listening to complaints and following procedure
- Make sure that any necessary information goes to the housekeeping, restaurant, maintenance, and management departments regarding guest needs
What you will need
Required criteria
- Right to work in Ireland
- Excellent Command of English Language
- Customer service experience
- Working Knowledge of Computers, to include Microsoft Suite
