The Welcome Organisation seeks an exceptional Head of Operations to play a vital role in shaping and managing innovative, community-focused services across Belfast. Working closely with our CEO and Senior Leadership Team, you will provide strategic leadership to develop and deliver outstanding services to work towards our vision of no-one on the streets and everyone having a home.

With substantial experience in senior management within homelessness, housing, or related sectors, you will demonstrate excellence in financial management, staff leadership, and service innovation. Your deep understanding of homelessness, substance misuse, mental health, and criminal justice issues will enable you to develop effective partnerships and responsive solutions.
