Head of Operations– Primark Cares

As Head of Operations & Delivery of Primark Cares, and part of the Customer Leadership Team (CLT), you will work seamlessly with teams across the business, supporting in-market teams, playing a critical role in delivering our purpose, proposition, strategy, and values.


What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Deliver the brand's purpose, proposition, strategy, and values as custodian.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team for complex multi-stakeholder ESG projects.
  • Coach the team to foster career ownership and personal development.
  • Share an inspiring vision, providing clarity and direction for common goals.
  • Prioritize and manage competing projects, ensuring high standards through teamwork.
  • Act as a key leader and ambassador of change for the 2030 transformation journey.
  • Collaborate with Primark Cares partners to meet strategic milestones within budget.
  • Provide leadership on operational and strategic projects aligned with Primark Cares commitments.

What You’ll Bring
Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:
  • 15+ years of operational and strategic experience with proven leadership, relationship management, and change management skills.
  • 10+ years of experience in leading, influencing, and coaching high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth understanding of business models and supplier bases, preferably in the fashion industry, with expertise in ESG, sustainability, regulation, and strategic decision-making.
