GTM Talent Partner

Job Title: GTM Talent Partner (6-12 Month Contract)

Location: Sydney, Australia (remote with occasions where you will be required to be in the office)

Start Date: Immediately (within the next 10 days)

About the Role:

Join Talent are currently supporting our client, a leading global technology corporation, who we are seeking a skilled GTM Talent Partner to join and embed with their team and also be part of our global TA team on a 6-12 month contract.

This role is based in Sydney and will focus on sourcing and recruiting top talent for critical GTM functions, including Customer Success, Pre-Sales Consulting, and other related roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Actively source and identify top tech talent, including passive candidates, using innovative techniques such as LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
• Technical Interviews: Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and engineering teams.
• Offer Negotiation: Participate in offer negotiation and closing processes.
• Candidate Experience: Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding.
• Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and talent market insights.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in GTM talent acquisition, with a strong focus on sourcing and recruitment.
• Essential: Strong experience in internal US Technology Corporate environments.
• Essential: Experience hiring for GTM roles, specifically Customer Success, Pre-Sales Consultants, and similar positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Immediate availability to start
