The Role
The role of Investigations Group Manager involves overseeing the Lead Investigator team responsible for conducting and reporting investigations at Clinical Services UK, IE, and SG sites, including inter-company investigations that require input from Clinical Services.
The Group Manager is tasked with providing leadership and supervision to the team, ensuring deviations and complaints are investigated and reported within the Quality System, Vault, within specified timeframes. Additionally, the manager serves as an escalation point for complex challenges, recruits and trains new staff, monitors performance and workload, and acts as a liaison between lead investigators, Deviation Program Manager, and Departmental Managers to drive initiatives, improvements, and compliance activities.
In this pivotal role, the Group Manager plays a critical role in managing and supporting the lead investigators to conduct thorough investigations and resolve issues effectively. Responsibilities include mentoring and coaching team members, monitoring and driving performance improvement, ensuring investigations are conducted appropriately, and proactively monitoring progress to ensure timely closure.
In addition, the Group Manager collaborates with various stakeholders, resolves escalations, supports trending to identify recurring issues, and participates in meetings to foster continuous learning and improvement within the investigation process. By maintaining a positive working environment, managing workload efficiently, and actively engaging with stakeholders, the Group Manager plays a key role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of the investigation process within the Clinical Services sites.

Key Requirements
· Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK
· Bachelor’s Degree required (or equivalent)
OR
· Significant relevant work experience and subject matter knowledge will be considered in lieu of a degree
· Proven performance in current role resulting in Accelerated Development or Talent Management as per PMP rating
· Industry experience within a pharmaceutical or relevant regulated / healthcare environment
· Experience in the generation and management of investigations.
· Management of staff

Further Information
The working pattern for this role is a flex pattern between the hours of 07:00 – 19:00 with core hours of 10:00 – 16:00.
You will also be eligible for hybrid working following the successful completion of probation.
