Location: Mix of home and office based in Craigavon Office, Northern Ireland

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

The Role

The Group Manager will be responsible for the effective day-to-day line management of a global Delivery and Support Team located in North Carolina and Craigavon. The individual will be responsible for ensuring team delivery of software products and solutions along with troubleshooting and resolving user issues in an efficient and high quality manner.

What we are looking for

· You must have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK.

· Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) qualification OR 5+ Almac experience (to include Product Delivery, Support and/or Project Management)

· Significant line management / supervisory experience

· Significant experience in a product delivery/project management role

· Significant experience in a supporting product software user issues
