Graduate Project Manager

We are seeking a driven and creative Junior Project Manager at the graduate level to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in strategic communications, producing and translating complex business information from leadership into compelling and relevant visual narratives.
Working under the guidance of experienced project managers, you will gain hands-on experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement. This role provides a foundation for developing skills in project management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
This will appeal to an excellent communicator and someone with a flair for preparation of reports and presentation for senior management. You will have an ability to take complex information and relay the salient points in a concise and engaging format.

Main Activities/Tasks
  • Regularly gather and interpret key business data from senior management and other senior stakeholders, transforming it into clear and impactful PowerPoint presentations that narrate the current business story.
  • Act as a liaison between senior management and various departments to gather necessary information. Adapt communication styles to suit different stakeholders while maintaining a coherent and unified narrative across presentations.
  • Employ innovative thinking to depict complex data in an accessible format. Use analytical skills to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills Criteria:
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint are essential, along with proficiency in the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with tools such as Power BI is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. Must be able to effectively gather information from various stakeholders and articulate ideas and concepts clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to creatively translate complex concepts and data into understandable and engaging visual stories. Must have a good eye for design and understand the principles of graphic and information design.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion, prioritising tasks and coordinating with multiple team members to meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable in managing changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment. Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Skilled at working collaboratively in a team environment and able to influence others to provide the information necessary to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional skills in PowerPoint. Use of power Bi package advantageous
