The Global Real Estate & Facilities Administrator will oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and financial management. This role requires effective coordination of remote operational issues across multiple locations, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:

Develop and manage facility budgets, handle invoicing and expense tracking, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.

  • Local and Remote Operations:

Oversee and coordinate facilities-related functions at local and remote locations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, ensuring consistent standards and operations across all sites.

  • Vendor Management:

Negotiate with and manage contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.

  • Preventive Maintenance:

Implement and oversee a preventive maintenance program to ensure facility equipment and systems operate efficiently and reduce disruptions.

  • Compliance and Reporting:

Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all facilities. Prepare regular reports on financial and operational status.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in facility management or a related field, with strong financial management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage operations remotely.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating across multiple locations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills, experience in using ERP systems.
