Location: Maxol Portarlington. Portarlington, Co. Laois R32 N4FD
Duties
- Day to day management of the store and the team
- Ensure merchandising and presentation of the store to the highest standards
- Set, manage & help the team meet agreed targets on sales, costs, wastage & profitmargins
- Ensure all regulations and standards regarding HACCP, food safety, stock control andwaste management are met
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop the team
- Review staff members progress and performance and maintain staff rosters
- Conduct regular stock checks
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: commensurate with experience and includes bonus pay
Work Location: In person
