Furniture Assembler/Technician

The Person

EZ Living Furniture are currently looking for a talented & technically skilled Furniture Assembler/Technician. Do you have experience in assemblies and/or repairing wood furniture? If so, you may be the individual we’re seeking to join our team. We will provide training to the right person who can demonstrate motivation and a willingness to learn.  Responsibilities

• Assembly and packaging of all assigned products due for future delivery
• Quality checking products prior to future delivery
• Repairing scratches, dents, scuffs, knots etc. from wooden surfaces on affected furniture
• Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.

Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of two years’ experience working with wood furniture and/or assemblies
• Previous hands-on experience with wood repair would be beneficial; though training will be provided
• Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
• The process of furniture assembly and repair requires lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping and moving of furniture items. Accordingly, the ability to lift and move heavy items is required.
