Team Leader for Leisure Centre

We are hiring a Full-time Team Leader to join our Team.

Working hours: 39 hrs worked over 5 days - including morning, evening, and weekend work.

As a Teamleader your role will involve:

• Supervising staff.
• Co-ordinating and teaching our highly successful swim school.
• Assist with rostering and daily staff briefings.
• Teach and supervise private swimming lessons and school swimming group lessons.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.

What you need to apply:

• The ideal candidate will possess a current lifeguard & swim teacher qualification.
• Gym qualification is also preferred but not essential.
