Fleet Sales Manager

The ideal person will have / be:

• Demonstrate an ability to meet and exceed targets, a self-motivated, driven individual who leads by example.
• Have Fleet Industry experience at Senior level.
• A clear understanding of all types of funding, in particular contract hire and its financial impact to both the business and individual.
• Demonstrate commercial acumen to interpret financial and market information, making considered long-term decisions for the business.
• Have a good working knowledge of IT, including CRM systems and sales flow management.
• An interest in marketing would be advantageous.
• Ability to invest in relationships and relationship manage with clients, and other stakeholders within the business.
• Ability to improve overall business performance by introducing new initiatives and ideas.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
• Strong presentational skills with good knowledge of PowerPoint and excel to assist with tender submissions/securing new business.
