We are currently looking for a talented Finance Operations Manager to join our busy team based in our offices in Colchester.

The Finance Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the operational team who work closely with Arc’s partners and insurers to carry out the reconciliation and management of client money. As we continue to grow the successful candidate will continually review, evaluate and develop procedures and processes to ensure future success.

A challenging position, this is a great opportunity for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced operational/transactional environment - finance responsibilities such as management accounts and statutory requirements are not part of this role.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong background in Finance/Finance Operations management, ideally gained within the insurance field, or possess strong insurance knowledge gained during your career.
