Our Graduate Programme - starting 2nd September 2025

Our 3-year Graduate Programme offers you the chance to develop and showcase your talents by tackling real-world business scenarios as part of a supportive graduate community. After an immersive three-week onboarding experience, you’ll embark on a tailored development journey, designed to provide focused learning sessions alongside hands-on business rotations. With the GradMe@Three app, you’ll be able to track your growth and refine your skills, equipping you for a bright career ahead. Our graduates join on a 3-year fixed-term contract starting in September 2025, based at our head office in Dublin’s thriving docklands.

As a Three Graduate, you will:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our business and develop a well-rounded skill set for your career at Three and beyond.
  • Experience practical, on-the-ground learning across multiple rotations, gaining insights into different teams and functions.
  • Apply your skills and knowledge by taking on meaningful tasks and supporting key projects.
  • Connect regularly with the wider graduate community to work on real-life business scenarios and develop solutions.

The Finance Programme:

When you join our Finance team, you'll not only have your CIMA qualification fully funded, but you'll also gain extensive hands-on experience across various areas of finance during your rotations. Our Finance team plays a pivotal role by partnering with the business and overseeing all financial operations, including Commercial Finance, Financial Control, Treasury, Tax, Revenue Assurance, and Credit & Billing.

As a Finance Graduate, you will:

  • Support the business with finance-related activities and business partnerships.
  • Engage in project work with real responsibilities, contributing to critical business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with financial experts across various roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Apply advanced accounting principles in a large business setting.
  • Gain practical knowledge during each rotation, with opportunities to contribute to key activities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, offering insights and providing essential support.
  • Join the wider graduate community for regular development sessions and to tackle real business scenarios.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking people with energy, passion, and a proactive attitude. You’ll have a curious mind, always eager to learn, improve, and bring fresh ideas to the table. At Three, we thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, so strong prioritization skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks are essential. You’ll also be adept in building relationships and communicating effectively across teams and stakeholders.

For this role, you’ll need:

  • To be graduating this year, or to have graduated within the last two years.
  • A degree background that aligns well with finance, although all disciplines are welcome to apply.
  • A strong interest in building a career in finance and motivation to pursue the CIMA qualification.
  • Numeracy and data analysis skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in Ireland.
