Job Description Summary

Management of the Commercial Department aiming to achieve maximum revenue & contract margin encompassing the following areas: Admin & Finance, Sourcing & Inventory Management, warehouse, HR.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities: As a Finance Admin Manager you report to the Plant Manager and:

  • Manage the Commercial department
  • Support the Plant Manager to meet the contractual and commercial targets of the Power Station.
  • Ensure administrative compliance with legal and company regulations and that any necessary insurances are obtained and maintained up to date.
  • Manage and support the accounting, logistics (including customs clearance), warehouse and Human Resources processes.
  • Manage the Purchasing and payment of materials, supplies, equipment and services according to GE and country specifics policies, locals laws and EHS practices.
  • Ensure standard practices and reporting requirements of the region, the country, the COE are followed, and all administration processes comply with the relevant Quality Procedures
  • On agreed timely basis provide budget forecasts and budget reports to each department manager
  • Provide reports to Plant Owner as required.
  • Adapt site documents and work instructions to reflect requirements, and consider and actively develop improvement potentials for all administration processes.
  • Manage the office facilities including documentation control and site security and cleaning of office and welfare areas where relevant.
  • Member of Site EHS team.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in commerce or Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of procurement process's and accounts payable
  • Knowledge of typical legislation associated with customs requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Negotiating and supplier relationship skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • The ability to speak/write and communicate effectively in English.

  • Knowledge of ERP like SAP, Oracle or Power Max
  • Trustworthy, reliable
  • Good organizational and leadership skills
