Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Support the team on multiple simultaneous projects from inception through completion in accordance with Company objectives.
- Support the Operations team during periods of high volume of client requests and ad-hoc tasks.
- Monitor client and internal CAFM systems to identify any gaps or lags in service delivery
- Support the operations team with any technical queries.
- Create and deliver documentation for assigned projects.
- Visit client site on an ad-hoc basis to bridge gap in technical knowledge between client and operations team.
- Managing vendor relationships with a sound understanding of standard practices in project management.
- Support project delivery, ensuring on time & to budget, meeting the clients quality standards
- Ensure safe systems of work are in place for all operations by managing and addressing the Health & Safety requirements of each function.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures
- Suggest and implement improvements and innovations in service delivery
- Effective sourcing and utilization of materials and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site audits from quality control point of view
- Accurate reporting requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Previous experience in a hands on M&E role is desirable
- Managing projects in a regulated environment preferred
- Creation of project documentation
- Third level qualification or equivalent, in project management, engineering or FM.
- Experience with BMS and CAFM systems desirable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexible with ability to adapt to changing environment
