Facilities Assistant

The Facilities Department are responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and management of our properties, assets and merchandising equipment to ensure that they are maintained to the highest standard and providing an optimal environment for our customers and colleagues.
What you'll do
- Support the Key user for IMS - Facility management systems
- Provide training on FM systems to other colleagues
- Management of administration within the FM department, compiling presentations
- Compliance of Lidl processes - procedure guidelines updates
- Data Analysis – Updating dashboards and reports to track FM KPI’s
- Invoice Management – Raising PO’s and Content Checking Invoices
- Work collaboratively with stakeholder departments to deliver services and solutions
- Flexible and adaptable to respond to reasonable ad-hoc tasks as required
What you'll need
- Excellent administration, organisational, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple projects and tasks to strict deadlines with meticulous attention to detail
- Highly motivated, flexible and results driven, dynamic, decisive with the ability to react to changing situations and execute quickly on their own initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Written & Spoken German is an advantage
- Driving licence is essential
What you'll receive
Through our salary system, we ensure pay equality across all positions at Lidl
- €35,500 rising to €48,000 after 3 years
- 20 days holidays per annum rising to 25 days after 2 years
