Based at the Duncairn Complex in North Belfast, this is a pivotal role in shaping our future, strengthening our services, and making a lasting impact in the local community.

Key Responsibilities
174 Trust is seeking an Executive Director to lead our organisation with strategic vision, financial acumen, and a commitment to our ethos. Based at the Duncairn Complex in North Belfast, this is a pivotal role in shaping our future, strengthening our services, and making a lasting impact in the local community.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide dynamic and strategic leadership to drive the mission and sustainability of the organisation.
- Develop and sustain key relationships with funders, donors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee financial health, risk management, and governance compliance.
- Promote a strong organisational culture of pastoral care, inclusion, and professional development.
- Advocate for community development, peacebuilding, and the Christian ethos of 174 Trust.
- Represent 174 Trust at events, in the media, and in partnerships with churches, statutory bodies, and the wider community.
- A leader with a strong alignment to the 174 Trust’s values and mission.
- An experienced senior executive with at least 5 years in leadership.
- A strategic thinker with a track record of financial management, governance, and organisational growth.
- A skilled relationship-builder who can engage with funders, partners, and the wider community.
- A passionate advocate for social change, peacebuilding, and the transformative power of faith-based community work.
