Grade VII Enterprise and System Integration Manager, S/SWHGThe successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing the following for the region;

· Developing and implementing system integration strategies to support organisational goals and objectives, EU and National Regulation.

· Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify gaps and optimise system integration in the Region.

· Cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to define their enterprise and system integration requirements and deliver people, process and technology solutions.

· Contributing to the development and execution of enterprise and system integration knowledge and competency across the Region.

The Grade VII Enterprise and System Integration Manager will play a lead role in designing, building, maintaining and expanding the integration of new and existing applications across the South West Health Region. This post will require an in-depth knowledge of existing workflows for HL7 electronic order of Diagnostics and Patient Flow and how this relates to a centralised Electronic Health Record (EHR). The role is required to embed new applications into the service with a comprehensive understanding of the benefits of HL7 integration enabling a streamlined user experience in relation to patient diagnostics and clinical review.

The post will facilitate the introduction and change associated with new IT systems and will assist in supporting the existing IT systems, both nationally and regionally within our applicable settings.
