Employment Relations Manager

As a member of the senior managment team, the post holder will play an active part in the leadership and continuing evolution of the Agency as we continue to provide a dispute prevention role and dispute resolution role for our customers.

The main role of an Employment Relations Manager (ERM) is to plan and deliver what are generally well-defined services to the Agency’s clients or to ensure that this work is delegated effectively to team members. They may also be required to participate in research, evaluation, presentations and the innovation of services.
