What you’ll do as an Employer Brand & Talent Acquisition Administrator
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s what your day-to-day could look like:
Work with the Employer Brand and Attraction Lead to guide the business on how we use our employer brand across the talent lifecycle from training and toolkits to campaigns and asset creation
Ownership of our employer brand social strategy from planning to content creation and paid promotion
Work on critical employer brand & attraction campaigns across the business with key stakeholders
Ownership of how we report our Talent Acquisition efforts to the business
Management of our careers site content management system
Supporting the wider Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence on key projects across the team
What you’ll bring
Working globally across a large stakeholder network is a big task – and we need a highly organised, confident communicator in the role. Here’s what you’ll need:
A keen interest in employer brand and attraction with the drive to learn more, becoming an expert over time!
Ability to operate within a high-profile team, a fast-paced environment and work on your own initiative
An understanding of and interest in social media channels, the Meta business platform and design tools like Canva
A self-starter attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver against changing business requirements
Ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders
