E-Commerce Stylist

Virgo Boutique is looking for a creative, organised and style obsessed individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work well independently in a fast paced environment while ensuring their work is carried out to a high standard. The successful candidate will work work closely with our marketing team and external models to ensure product is photographed and added to our website in a timely manner. This is currently a part time role (3 days) but could progress into a full time position in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Recognises emerging trends, how they would appeal to our target customer and styling stock accordingly.
• Steaming and preparing new samples weekly ready to be photographed in our ecommerce studio.
• Be present on set for fast paced ecommerce photoshoots, dressing models, relaying information to the model and uploading imagery and videos when required.
• High standard of sample management to ensure clothing, footwear and accessory samples are shot in a timely manner and are uploaded to our website without issue.
• Stock management - ensuring samples are stored in the studio or transferred to our warehouse in an efficient and organised way.
• Cross sell products on our website to encourage upsells.
• Merchandise the website so it looks tidy and is easy browse for customers.
• Liaise with the marketing and product teams on best/poor performing products that should be re-photographed, cross-sold, upsold, etc.
• Working on seasonal editorial photoshoots off site.

Requirements:

• Previous styling experience is beneficial or retail experience.
• Must be PC literate and have an understanding of social media.
• Must have full drivers licence and have own transport to be able to travel between Newcastle West and Ardagh in County Limerick.
• The nature of the role is very dynamic, so flexibility and adaptability is vital.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
