We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Midwifery Manager who has the ability and vision to lead the service and manage change.

The successful candidate will:

• Have a minimum of at least 10 years post qualification experience to include comprehensive midwifery and managerial experience.
• Have excellent team building, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Be highly organised and motivated with excellent communication skills and a proven background of planning and prioritisation.
