We are on the hunt for a dynamic, collaborative, and inquisitive Digital Team Associate who excels in project management and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of our creative, content, and digital initiatives, driving the planning, creation, and execution of market-leading campaigns. You'll seamlessly coordinate a cross-functional team, ensuring that every project runs smoothly and efficiently.
As a pivotal member of our marketing team, you'll work hand-in-hand with our campaign and sponsorship teams to deliver top-notch, timely work that elevates our brand. You’ll be the linchpin guaranteeing the operational efficiency of our graphic designers, web developers, and content specialists.
To shine in this role, you'll need exceptional prioritisation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Your meticulous execution will be critical in maximizing the impact of every delivery item and campaign. Purpose-led work you’ll be part of
As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Business Request Management:Proactively respond to requests from the business, interrogating the business rationale to ensure the development of the most efficient and effective solution. Ensure all queries are swiftly addressed or directed to the appropriate team members. Efficiently log new tasks, schedule them, and maintain an organised workflow.
Project Scheduling and Coordination:Spearhead the planning and execution of creative, content, and digital marketing activities. Seamlessly coordinate and schedule the tasks of a cross-functional team to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of market-leading campaigns.
Task Prioritisation: Ensure alignment with priorities and provide the necessary resources for task completion, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Operational Efficiency:Ensure the operational efficiency of graphic designers, web developers, and content specialists. Skillfully prioritise tasks, solve problems, and execute projects with diligence to maximise the impact of each campaign and deliverable.
Timeline and Workflow Management: Diligently update timelines and workflows based on feedback and project progress. Prioritise urgent requests and effectively communicate any changes to relevant stakeholders to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Collaboration with Campaigns Team: Collaborate closely with the campaigns and sponsorship teams to deliver high-quality work that supports marketing initiatives. Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling requests and managing workflow.
Content and Press release management: Expertly template, schedule, and manage the delivery of press releases. Coordinate with the web team to ensure timely publication and handle embargoed content with precision and care.
Content Tracking and Updates:Vigilantly monitor live content, chase updates, and ensure all insights, reports, and articles are signed off and scheduled for publication. Communicate with the social team to maximise content reach and engagement.
Financial Management:Oversee financial tasks, including updating monthly finance files, managing invoices, monthly accruals, overtime reporting, budget management and ensuring the accuracy of supplier/vendor lists.
Supplier Management: Liaise with third-party vendors to guarantee smooth operations and timely payments.
Experiences and skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Design,Visual Communication or Marketing is preferable
Minimum of 3+ years in project management within creative teams or in supporting marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Proven expertise in design, digital media and social media is required.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and efficiency.
Ability to work and collaborate effectively within a complex, cross-functional team environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders.
Keen eye for design, attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Open to new ideas and continuously seeking to drive change and improvement towards best practices.
Ability to plan, schedule, and prioritize team workload effectively, working well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Experience driving change drive change and improvement towards best practice is advantageous
Genuine interest in understanding key assurance, tax, and advisory issues facing clients and how to add value in this context.
