We are looking for a creative and organised Digital Marketing Coordinatorto join our Digital Marketing team to help us become the most talked about brand in Ireland. As a member of this team, you will focus on building the Lidl Ireland and NI brand and driving sales across the island of Ireland to help Lidl achieve our ambitious growth targets.

What you'll do

  • Social media production – work with Digital Content Manager to shoot, edit and produce social media content across all of Lidl Ireland and NI’s social channels with the aim of producing best in class social content (hi-fi and lo-fi)
  • Copy writing – write social media copy for Lidl Ireland and NI
  • Social Media analysis and reporting – analysis of performance of social media creative
  • Scheduling working with the wider digital marketing team to plan and schedule content across Lidl Ireland social and digital platforms
  • Collaborate with media and wider marketing teams to ensure alignment across digital marketing creative
  • Search Engine Marketing – work with Digital Production manager to plan and implement SEO strategy
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation – work with digital production manager to review and optimise UX of Lidl IE and NI digital platforms to deliver business goals
  • Email marketing – support the Digital Production Manager with email marketing campaigns
  • Admin – work with digital content manager and digital production manager to manage planning, scheduling, reporting and budget and POs
  • In collaboration with the wider digital marketing, work with internal stakeholders within Lidl understand business needs and help translate them into creative digital marketing solutions
  • In collaboration with the wider digital marketing, work with external agencies across digital, social, media, PR and traditional advertising

What you'll need

  • Growth mindset
  • Previous experience in a social media role essential
  • Ensure work is carried out and completed in a controlled, compliant, timely and accurate manner with emphasis on attention to detail
  • In touch with Irish culture and cultural trends
  • Ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team
  • Exceptional organisational, analytical and data management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

What you'll receive

Through our salary system, we ensure pay equality across all positions at Lidl

  • €35,500 rising to €48,000 after 3 years
  • 20 days holidays per annum rising to 25 days after 2 years
