Digital Summer Intern - Applegreen Head Office

Location: Applegreen Head Office, 17 Joyce Way, Park West Business Park, Dublin 12

Duration: Full time from June 2025 - End of August 2025

Key responsibilities:

Social Media Content Creation & Posting

  • Create and edit digital content, including social media posts, and website updates.
  • Review and edit digital materials for clarity, and consistency with the company’s brand.
  • Assist in preparing digital marketing reports and content strategies for various platforms.

General Administration

  • Organise and manage digital assets, including images, videos, and documents related to digital projects.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating with external partners.
  • Provide administrative support for team members in areas like project management, task tracking, and document organisation.

Digital Research

  • Foster innovation by researching digital trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Compile sumaries of new digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.

Digital Strategy

  • Analyse digital metrics to support campaign performance.
  • Maintain and update content calendars and campaign schedules to ensure timely execution.

Data & Analytics Support

  • Assist in gathering and analysing data from digital marketing tools to summarize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics from digital campaigns.
  • Assist the team in conducting market research to understand consumer behaviour and digital trends.

Required skills and aptitudes:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, web analytics and social media platforms.
